Please accept our sincere apologies for any delays you’ve experienced with the delivery of your package. According to recent news, USPS has made internal changes to its procedures that have negatively impacted delivery times.

Please note: it is common for USPS to miss a scan whilst in transit. Nevertheless, most orders typically arrives to the final destination within 3-5 business days from the time it is dispatched out of our facility. However, it can take up to 10 business days in some rare instances.

We have noticed that USPS has not been actively scanning packages more frequently, which results in the tracking information’s inability to accurately reflect the current status/location of shipments.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over USPS operations. Please be aware that although we are doing our best to ship out all packages within our 24-72 hour processing time window, USPS has not been actively scanning packages to indicate that they have indeed been sent in transit.

Due to the rising issues with the postal service in terms of the causes of delays mentioned previously, we will be proactive in exploring alternative shipping methods if these issues continue.

Again, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you have faced due to the issues present with your delayed package. We kindly ask that you allow up to 14 days for the order to arrive to your destination from the time Tracking Info is received. If you do not receive your package by then, please be sure to contact us so that we may further assist you in resolving this matter.

During this time of COVID-19, we are still taking many precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. We have been conducting all operations through mandatory sanitation practices, which include :

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order prior to shipment. A shipping confirmation email may be sent to you prior to shipment. The tracking will update as soon as the package has shipped. Thank you for your patience during this time. 

Due to State rules and regulations, we are restricted to ship any orders or specific types of products to certain locations.

We are unable to ship any products to the following states:

  • Maine
  • Utah
  • Vermont

We are unable to ship any Flavored E-Liquids (excluding Tobacco flavors) to the following states:

All orders containing any restricted products in regards to their shipping location will be automatically removed and canceled from the order. The order may also be subject to a full cancellation.

Due to recent updates to our website, we have found several instances of our shipping confirmation emails going to customers’ spam or promotions folders instead of going to the inbox. Our team is currently working on resolving this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime please kindly check your spam folder before contacting us for a status update. 

In regards to order shipments, please refer to the following:
  • Order processing times as as follows:

    – USPS Priority (standard shipping) 2-5 business days in transit (3-6 business days during COVID-19)

    – USPS First Class Mail (“snail mail”) 4-8 business days in transit (4-10 business days during COVID-19)

  • Shipping confirmation emails are sent prior to being shipped as this indicates that the package has reached the next stage in the fulfillment process in preparation for shipment.
  • If you do not see a tracking update immediately, please do not be alarmed as the package will be shipped out as soon as possible. 
  • Be sure to regularly check your tracking link as an update will appear as soon as the package has been shipped.
  • If you have not received your shipping email after considerable time since you’ve placed your order, the email may be in your spam folder. 

Note: If you place an order over the weekend, you will have to wait until at least Monday when our operation resumes.

To check for your Tracking Information, we recommend to wait for the processing hours and once it is shipped, an automatic email will be sent out.

You can also log into your account to see if you have the Tracking Information. If there’s no Tracking Info, that means the package has not been shipped yet.

The approximate restock time frame for most items is  1-2 weeks. Once an item has been received and safely processed, the listing will be updated to have the item available for immediate purchase.
